LETTER: John H. Sides, McMahon and Tweedy, solicitors, 13 Hume Street, Dublin, to Colonel J. Wynne Finch, Voelas, Betws-y-coed, Wales, re the sale of Cahir Park. He expresses surprise, in view of the attractiveness of the park, and the number of people who saw over it, that there was only one really interested party in addition to the Land Commission. He says that the difficulty in selling to the Land Commission is that they follow an out-dated procedure. [Document closed for 60 years after creation.]
