LETTER: Horace C. Deane, the Vicarage, Cahir, to [William] Rochfort, stating, inter alia, that he is sending the Bishop’s letter in which he passed the memorial tablet and inscription as suitable and expressing his condolences. Enclosed: LETTER (12 Oct. 1915): W.S. Cashill [Bishop of Waterford], the Palace, Waterford, to Mr. Deane, stating that he approves of the proposed monument to Lady Charteris, but that he is not sure whether it is correct to style her ’Right Honourable’.
