LETTER: Samuel Gridleston [Lincoln’s Inn] to [?]. He is of the opinion, after studying previous deeds and Acts of Settlement, relating to the family, that the present Lord Glengall is entitled to the estates discharged from incumbrances created by the will of James, 7th Lord Caher, but that further investigation will be necessary to reach a definite conclusion.
