LETTER: Nicholl, Mainsty and Co. at 1, Howard Street, Strand, London W.C. to George Bovill, esq., concerning the purchase of Penrhyn Melyn by Col. Wynne Finch, informing him of the amount of the yearly tithe commutation, and of the land tax for 1897-1898. This matter is practically ready for completion. They are having some difficulty in obtaining the necessary information concerning the purchase of a portion of the Oaklands Estate, which is delaying that matter.
