LETTER: Nicholl, Mainsty and Co. at 1, Howard Street, Strand, London, W.C. to George Bovill, esq., thanking them for their letter and for sale particulars and conditions of Penrhyn Melyn. They discuss the advisability of attaching a plan to the conveyance and suggest that they might mark the sale plan or an ordnance sheet to this end. They note that 1895 is rather a recent date for the commencement of the title, and the 1895 deed may recite earlier ones. They inquire whether or not he has received any details of the tenancies, or of the insurance on the property.

Page Language

In accord with normal archival practice in Wales, details of documents are presented in the language of the document. Where details appear in Welsh, then Welsh is the language in which the document is written; where they are in English, the document is in English.
