LETTER: Nichoil, Mainsty and Co. at 1, Howard Street, Strand, London, W.C. to George Bovill, esq., thanking him for informing them that they have purchased Nant yr Henllyn, Lot 35 for £1100. They have also received the particulars and conditions of sale with the plan and contract signed by the vendor’s solicitor. They note re the reduction in the acerage of No. 172. He gives details of the simplest plan for providing the £300 balance of the purchase money.
