LETTER: William Wilmot at Coventry to ? about the claim of £2.15.0. alleged to be due to the ?owner re Penllech bach. W.W.’s father is positive it has never been paid or claimed. A sum was claimed from him in respect of Brynodle, but W.W. s father answered by stating that the property did not belong to him. He believes that Mr. Wilson has retained Mr. Welsby, and that he cannot in any case be concerned against him.
