LETTER: Office of Woods and Forests etc., Whitehall, to Norman Davies, re the Dorothea Company’s application for lease of water rights in Cwmsilyn Lake. The Crown will grant the lease - sets out terms: and 2nd letter (14 March 1893): the Crown will not object to raising the level by an embankment.
