The mechanism of the floodgates etc. at Penstock, looking [SE763668]. The concrete holding/collecting tanks can just be seen on the right of the photo. The pipe line leaving the Penstock lies at the bottom of the concrete face on the left of the photo. This pipe is used today as the Low Level Surge Pipe. The electricity pole, (at the moment) is a bit of a mystery. It is definitely not a Line 4 pole. 10 February 1980.
